Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing Policy

Grange Investments Ltd is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance in all operations. As an organisation headquartered in the United Arab Emirates with a registered office in Uganda, we adhere to internationally recognised best practices for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF).

Purpose of This Policy
This policy outlines the controls and procedures we follow to prevent our services, partnerships, or operations from being used for unlawful financial activity.

Our Commitments
• Maintain robust internal controls to detect and prevent money laundering or terrorist financing
• Conduct due diligence on partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Monitor relationships and transactions for suspicious activity
• Report any identified concerns to relevant authorities when legally required
• Provide appropriate training and guidance to team members when applicable
• Cooperate fully with regulatory bodies and competent authorities

Due Diligence Measures
Grange Investments uses risk-based assessments to evaluate the integrity and legitimacy of business partners. This may include verifying identity, ownership, business activity, and any legal or compliance history where relevant to our operations.

Monitoring and Reporting
Any unusual, complex, or suspicious activities that may indicate potential financial crime are escalated to our Business & Legal Team. Where appropriate, disclosures may be made to authorities in Uganda, the UAE, or other jurisdictions as required by law.

Zero Tolerance
Grange Investments does not tolerate any involvement in corruption, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or related activities. Any partner or representative detected engaging in such activity will be immediately removed from all business engagement.

Reporting Concerns
Reports or concerns regarding financial irregularities or suspicious behaviour can be submitted confidentially.
