Grange Investments Ltd is committed to conducting all business with integrity, transparency and in full compliance with applicable anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption laws. We do not tolerate any form of bribery, corruption or improper influence in our operations or partnerships.

Prohibition of Bribery Employees, partners and representatives must not offer, give, request or accept bribes or improper advantages of any kind. This includes financial incentives, gifts, hospitality or any benefit intended to influence a decision or secure an unfair advantage.

Third‑Party Conduct We expect all third‑party partners, suppliers and intermediaries to uphold the same anti‑bribery standards. Due diligence is conducted where appropriate to ensure responsible and ethical conduct.

Gifts & Hospitality Reasonable and proportionate hospitality may be permitted where it is transparent, lawful and not intended to influence a business decision. Any gifts or hospitality must be declared and approved in accordance with internal guidelines.

Reporting Concerns Any suspected bribery, corruption or unethical behaviour must be reported immediately. All reports are handled confidentially and investigated promptly.

Consequences of Misconduct Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts or legal consequences, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
